HOW TO GET STARTED

Setting up your club is quick and simple with our streamlined onboarding process.
Follow these four steps to get your club registered, structured, and ready to accept payments in no time.

  1. Fill in the Registration Form

    Start by creating your Roots Admin account with your name, email, and club details. This allows you to manage your club’s setup, access key features, and streamline registration for your players, coaches, and guardians. It’s quick, easy, and ensures everything is set up correctly from the start.
  2. Verify Your Email Address

    Check your inbox for a verification email to confirm your registration. This step ensures your account is secure and ready to go. Once verified, you’ll gain access to the full onboarding process, allowing you to start setting up your club straight away.
  3. Set Up Your Club

    Follow the guided steps to build your club’s structure:
    ✔ Set up your profile to manage your admin details.
    ✔ Create your club profile with branding and key information.
    ✔ Activate your club subscription to access full features.
    ✔ Define club structure by adding age groups and teams.
    ✔ Set up memberships and events so parents and guardians can sign up players with ease.
  4. Connect Payments

    Once your club is fully set up, Roots Admin automatically creates a Stripe Connect account to handle payments securely. This allows you to accept membership fees, event registrations, and other payments seamlessly, ensuring smooth financial management for your club.
